Hi Joggie,

The warm light is excellent, but the tones seem to be a bit oversaturated. It works well in the red and yellow levels, but also creates a IMO rather unnatural cyan cast, both in the shadows as well as in the sky...

Cheers,

Hugo

Thanks Hugo for the comment - point taken. The image had a very strong yellow cast and I adjust the colour in PS - overdone it a bit with the cyan. As for the saturation, the colours was extremely warm with the light quite saturated. I bumped the saturation by 5% but increased the contrast - maybe a bit too much again, emphasizing the cyan. Regards.

I like the lighting here... really warmed up by the sunset. Don't know if it is just me but those top boulders remind me of the front half of a car... can see the window & even a wheel there! (though must say it has a flat tyre! lol)

Another excellent shot... really enjoying these x

The somewhat exaggerated colour creates more of an abstract effect. It is very tempting to read animal form and character into the rock arrangement. The warmth of tone emphasises the sun baked, even at sunset, ambiance of this scene. Intriguing and well done, Joggie!
