its terrifying because of the closiness to world war II and obviously nazisme. but its a fact , my daughter loves this stile and she is introducing at her place some awefull little things that were still here to put in the garbadge...
mind you i was ten years old in 1950-yes-and i remember how awefull my dresses and interior designs for furniture was.
i really detest the fifties...lol
but i feel councern because of their taste for 'vintage' that are lieding many to fascism...

Great shot. It seems that the love for old American cars is universal. Just last week we had a "50's day" downtown.. The women show up with a ponytail and the man with James dean hair dos slicked back with grease and car lovers drive around with old cars. It looks like "American Graffiti" for a day. I dropped my camera and it didn't work.

Dear Jeanette, I remember, some years ago, a night in Mo I Rana: there was a meeting of old american cars. Most people was coming from Sweden with yours incredibles beautifuls cars. It was hard to find a room and I spent most of the night talking, in spanish, with a lovely, attractive swedish girl.
