Beautiful capture Shirley. I love the play with light and shadows you made. The photo is well cropp. Just one regret, I would prefer to see a little bit more of the child face.. this is too dark in my MHO.

There is so much emotion in this image. A child alone in a park grabs at your heart. The B&W format adds a bleakness. The downcast look on his face tells us he just wants someone to give him a push. At sometime in our lives we have all felt this emotion and this image takes us right back there! Superb work, CC
