Hi Fabrice,
Very interesting and appealing photo, with excellent tones. I like the two dominant guiding lines - the pier and the row of buoys.
I do think the almost vertical composition of the buoys and the diagonal (lower right top left) initiated by the pier needs a bit of balance on the left sied. Without a strong element there, it just seems to be an excessive amount of negative space. that, IMO, creatis an unbalance in the composition. Maybe cropping it square would solve that?
Well exposed photo, though, and well spotted and captured.
