Very impresive Architecture capture and of a very great composition and so pleasant to view, wishing you all of the best my friend

Henrik Hanselmann   {K:2227} 9/4/2006
very nice! but dont like the framing, would prefer a plain white background.

Dave Arnold   {K:55649} 9/4/2006
Thank you, Henrik. I never learn. Every time I try and dabble to a color frame, I get told to leave it white. As I've said before, I am color-frame disabled.

So, I've taken your suggestion and also posted this with a wite frame. Hope you will find it better. I'm not sure which I like better.

Dave

As always, Rashed, thank you for your kind comments.

Encantadora rusticidad... de rojizos tonos...muy bien texturada la imagen y en contraposición de color y suavidad el fondo, donde se admira el azul de la inmensidad!
Felicitaciones!

Gracias, mi amigo.

I'm colourblind but believe i'm starting to recognise the colours of this part of the world here. I like the frame.

Dave Arnold   {K:55649} 9/9/2006
Thank you, Ian. In my part of the country, there are mostly earth tones, though since we broke our drought, it has turned to a lot of green.

I like your composition on this Dave. Nice detail on the bricks, I like tbe window framing the hill and cactus (?) gives the viewer a sense of the surrounding, warm and cool tone works well together. Must be a lonely place.

Dave Arnold   {K:55649} 9/16/2006
Thanks, once again, Jinggoy. Yes, that is a cactus, Candelabra, I believe.

Best wishes,
Dave

I like this border, opposed to the white border. I really like all the tones and colors in the rocks...it takes you all the way through the photo. :)

Thank you, Sheryl. I must have been partial to this frame too. I also think it would have been nice in a light tan frame.
