Tsk! Tsk! Well, what's not to love about horses, right? I had horses when I was young and would sometimes spend all day riding. I rode bareback on my little rolypoly Welsh/Morgan horse most of that time.:)

Of course, I didn't have a horse until I was ll yrs old, and never thought I would, since my folks were not well off, but it was always my dream.:)My first horse was an old mare, 19 years old, but I loved her, and she was sooo gentle.

Actually, Mary Slade is a girl and I called this shot Slade's smile because I knew it would bring her a smile. The horse is named Horatio and is a boy. Thanks for the comments anyway! :)

I know Mary, or I feel like I do. She does wonderful horse images !! I'm sorry with all of my wrong assumptions!! What a bad thing I did when I tried to assume ...YiYiYii!!!

Mostly I like the horses color, and smile and of course You , the photographers use of light, and composition !!

(Your mother in law has a great name!). I love the light on the horsey and the way he looks like he smiles. Like the alliteration of the title too. And the Shakespearean real name. All of a piece. Thanks Mary . . . I can't tell you how glad I am that you like this! Not sure what a hozzy is . . . but it doesn't sound good. Hope, sincerely, that all is ok. So you should take a bow! If you can do alliteration as well as your art, you are talented! Hozzy is just my slang for hospital! (Benign brain tumour- had op but some left so went for check- may need another op. to control me!- not an easy job!). So you see why your picture very valuable to me. Everyone has probs. of some sort.
