This is a very good shot. The atmosphere is "dark" at the right level and the dramatic sky give it a strong visual force.
In my personal liking there's a technical choice that could make the difference to put this shot in the "marvellous" categories:
the long exposure.
Imagine it with the wather floating and became like fog. The scene could really became ethereal and unreal.
Maybe it could be for the next time..
