An amazing capture of this double rainbow, and the sunwashed landscape underneath, Michael! Well done!
Dave.

Wow, a double rainbow, and you had a view of the entire ARC! That's awesome, Michael. Good thing you had an ultra-wide lens with you!!

Michael Kanemoto   {K:22103} 9/8/2006
Thanks Paul.

I have another shot, with more expressive clouds, stitched together for an even wider view. The About in that one is also more detailed and can tell you the situation...

Angela DeLong   {K:3050} 9/10/2006
I recently got to see a double rainbow too. Even with my wide angle I couldn't get the whole thing in the shot. Lovely.

Udit Chakraborty   {K:752} 9/10/2006
Wonderful! Thats only one word that can fully describe your pic.Did your wide angle catch all this or is it stitched?

Angela:

This is all one shot - 12mm.

Udit:

This is all one shot - 12mm. The other posting in my portfolio is a stitched composite.

Maurizio Massetti   {K:30343} 9/13/2006
Excellent landscape, good tones and details here.

Chris Sitter   {K:1792} 9/14/2006
Now that is a rainbow! Wonderful caputure, I am always facinated by the light contrast from one side of the rainbow to the other, you have captured it well here, well done.

Todd Miller   {K:16464} 11/28/2006
wow! what an impressive scene....very cool. if i were lucky enough to have taken this one, i'd be just slightly miffed that the symmetry isn't absolutely perfect. pretty nitpicky.....

Aimee' Desire'   {K:735} 12/5/2006
WOW, I love it. I wish you could have gotten more of the outer rainbow in the photo but otherwiseI like the shadow leading your eye right to the beautiful landscape placing it in a good third of the photo. Very nice capture. Best Regards, Aimee'
