If the duck is that friendly he (she?) won't last that long in the wilds. Hope you were cranked up to 300 MM. Top notch photo; these critters are beautiful but hard to get to cooperate. Well done!

Thank you Jan for your comments. Since the park is somewhat protected from predators these guys seem to be doing well, I even found a female with ducklings, could not get close enough for a good shot, so will post it here.
