Fantastic golden sunset! The reflections and ducks really bring the forground beauty to the eye. The lower left hand cloud reflection is almost a distraction though. I at first though it was white text where you had put a name or copywrite symbol. I would suggest darkening it or cloning it because of the color difference and to bring the eye back to the main cloud reflection, however that is only my opinion. You have captured nature at its finest - Gorgeous Pic!

As a novice trying to learn I am curious why you would use a sunrise filter when taking the photo rather then digitally apply such in post work using software? The real question being; is it better? I mean clearly the resulting photo is beautiful, the colours are exquisite, as I said I am just curious. Thanks

Hi Chris, Ihave to be honest and say I use filters when taking photos because I havent mastered software yet, and other photographers have told me that you can get a better result when you use the filters at the time, versus changing them later.

The wunset filter reallly makes a difference. I have not used one of these filters yet but seeing the colours it produces I am tempted to try one out. This has a lovely golden tone. Nice shot.
