Hey Marcus, thanks for letting me what the lighthouse was called - I had no idea since I'm not familiar with this area. My brother and I went out to the Half Moon Bay area a while ago to try and capture some sunset shots and the light was fading - so we just ended up pulling into a little residential alleyway along the coast and I saw this lighthouse.

My pleasure Toshi, I spend many trips from my bird shooting spot to try to get a shot of this from the front but the gate was always closed, I never thought of taking it from this wonderful perspective, I did finally get it and posted it awile back but this looks so much better to me!

Now this is a great and verrrrrrry peacefull image IMHO... ;-D!! Love the 'purple haze'!! Good composition... well done!!
As I'm a fan of lighthouses... a 'closer upper' shot would be great too, maybe even an 'ouch my neck' view... but I guess then you would've lost that beautiful color...
