Hi Kes, very interesting comp. in B&W
Now Castle looks more mysterious, more ancient and even a bit frightful because the bolt of lightning arouses fear from my opinion...
Like it very much, well done!

Kind Regards,
Khayala

Linda Bique   {K:74033} 9/17/2006

Hi Kes,
This one has a little bit of tha "Young Frankenstien" feel to it. I assume this is Bishop's Castle from a distance?

Kes     {K:18710} 9/18/2006
Yes, it is the same place, Andre. I wanted to get a view from the mountainside...took a bit to find an opening in the trees! And it took a few tries to catch a bolt of lightning, as there was too much day light for a long shutter speed.

Hi Kes.....I'm back again:)
I like this image for you have at least acquired a great setting for your lightning flash. I posted some lightning as an attachment but I had nothing else in the shot so it was boring. Well done to you I think your effort looks wonderful my friend, the mono tones are superb and it doesn't need any more 'messing' See you again soon. My very best wishes to you....Ray:)

Alicia Popp   {K:84964} 9/19/2006
Uyyyyyyyy... es misteriosa!!!
Esa tormenta detrás del castillo, el B&N, casi escucho el trueno!
Felicitaciones!

Phillip  Minnis    {K:13452} 9/19/2006

Cheers

Phil

Kes     {K:18710} 9/21/2006
Hi Ray, thanks! This was pretty much dumb luck, you know, what with the lightning and all. Then again, that's right up my alley. Ha!

It is good to see you back, I bet you've got a bunch of photos to post, and I'll be looking for them.
All the best,
Kes

Karina Brys   {K:16541} 9/29/2006
The combination of the lightning and the fairy tale building is fantastic.
