About The shiny locks catch your eye at first but for me it's the secondary details than got my interest in this subject.

I saw the thumbnail and just had to look. Very good photo. The color is great, and so is the composition.

Awesome shot... detail, light, DOF, it all works... GREAT!

RAY CHARLES   {K:2731} 4/17/2003
Excellent details, great job.

Pretty cool Robert. Detail is incredible and the composition nicely arranged. I wish these were older looking locks, they would fit better with the rusting chain and the aging wrought iron to give the whole thing a more antique feel.

My eyes keep following the chain links to the locks- wonderfully addictive.

Marianne Archer   {K:926} 4/18/2003
I like this composition. Very good detail

Wonderfully detailed and beautifully sharp image Robert, very good use of the light also.

Wonderful detail and lighting. Nice composition. Looks like they had oversupply of padlocks. Great picture. Don.

Robert,
this is an outstanding picture. So full of textures and details.
Why only 9 rates?
Propably because the thumbnail doesn't do justice to it.
Very good work of art.

Those Master locks really detract from an otherwise beautiful shot. The Schlage lock belongs there... Nice.
