Not sure how you did it - but it's interesting. I can guess the shadow . . . but the flecks and orange light . . . Creative my friend!!

Doyle I <~~~~~

I like it Annemette... It reminds me of New Years.... with confetti... and 'no where to settle down'

yes, nowhere to settle down, just a shadow which is false, unable to stand our weight, just a reflection of a wish!
great shadows! i don't know how that orange color on the wall has been created or what's your reason to put it there, but i prefer a monotone high contrast photo more!
anyway the idea is perfect!
bravo Annemette!

That's again a very interesting and unusual one. Very silent in its essence but also very suggestive.

Notice how the shadow of the chair is violently interrupted at the edge between the wall and the floor. As if the wall has been the canvas of a theater of shadows. It is only there where that mapping of reality takes place. And the small inclusions of the table at the side and the roof (?) at the top complement the vague feeling of being "there" and still not on this world.

But the most important component of this canvas are the small spots and their shadows on the canvas itself. They separate the world of "us" from that "another place" but still without any sharp division line. Where is the "here" and where is the "elsewhere"? Is there any such divison?

The photo doesn't answer, it only shows! Go figure! A plain 7 for this unusual composition.

Take care and keep it up!

Nick
