About Michael Kanemoto and Roger Williams have both helped me in my fledgling attempts at Panoramic shots.
So the first thing I did this late afternoon was to stand in the middle of the busy street shooting 8 or so images of my place...well my apartment building. It was all very impromptu and very handheld.
Lots of fun!
Thanks Guys!

What a prefect stitching. Did they do it with Photoshop ?

Tim  Schumm   {K:26928} 9/26/2006
No Micheal told me to download Autostitch software. It is free and amazing just plug the pics in a presto you got a Panoramic perfection.

Great pano, Tim, I love those curving telephone wires!

Dear Tim you got wonderful results in this panoramic. I like the eerie perspective and the intense contrast of the colours around the building.

Now that you're in town and I know where you live, when is tea time? ;^)

Cheers!

Francisco

Hey thanks francisco,

The new bakery and coffee place is next door...eat there every day.

Debarshi Duttagupta   {K:25574} 9/27/2006
THANKYOU VERYMUCH TIM for the info.

Roger Williams   {K:82679} 9/27/2006
Excellent stitching, Tim! Well done. The contrast is a bit harsh, but even with that it's a real beaut! Hmm. Somehow I imagined you living in a log cabin on the edge of the wilderness. There goes another preconception.

Tim  Schumm   {K:26928} 9/27/2006
well i was living in the fashion that you thought untill May when i thought i would give City living a shot...well this place is hardly a city. Rush hour lasts 15 min.....if you call it that.

Roger Williams   {K:82679} 9/27/2006
Ha! The rush hour here, and the traffic jams, are measured by how long the traffic is completely stationary... I bet your air is sweeter, too! Even so, most people commute by train (I ride an hour each way day and night).

Eb Mueller   {K:22505} 9/28/2006
Fine work doing a 180, Tim!

Nice. Good to see I am not the only one using autostich!
