the real pear is actually... a mini-pear, about halfsize of what is shown on screen (there's a leaf next to it that makes comparison easier). We have this beautiful ornamental pear-tree in front of Agriculture Building, at the U of A, and at this time of the year all the crop is already on the ground and rotting away. I still managed to find one that looks good enough to be captured and posted:)
