Great one! Especially that her smile is still so well visible, as she looks at the snow and ices under her feet. A pity that her other arm/hand are not on the photo but nonetheless it conveys all those feelings when being in the sound damping atmosphere of a winter landscape.

Oh Annemette, how well I remember the freezing cold Ice in South Dakota . . . your comment about silence hits home. Even the noise that is made seems to be dampened and muted . . . great shot. BTW . . . uhhhhh . . . she does have two hands, right? I mean . . . you cut it off only in the photo? LoL! Might be better to include the ENTIRE lovely little girl (though that's just my opinion)! Well done all-in-all my friend!

I“m glad that I could bring back memories with this photo.:-) The missing hand is sitting tightly at her, so I think that was the fault of the photographer:-))
