i dont know if you're trying to go for high key or not, but the lighting on the face and skin looks great, but the right side of the shirt is blown out...don't know if this was intentional or not, but it distracts me

Nice shape and attitude, Celia. This shows both your craft and directing skills.
I think I would work on the post a bit more to balance the face and body. For instance the jeans and shirt are high key and the face is blocking up. I realize that if you go deeper for the wardrobe you may lose the face, unless you have PS and can use some filters.
Your headshots are very well lit. Perhaps you just need to direct a key light at her face the next time you are doing a full fashion shot.
