Interesting image, nessa. The light effect really draws attention to donna, and gives her a bit of an angelic glow.
This was likely a spur of the moment shot - but I like the casual atmosphere created by her outfit and wind tossed hair. It has a bit of a candid feel to it too.

I really want to like this image but find that contrary to what almost everybody else has said I find the selction of the central figure and the treatments done to the periphery of the image just a tad fake to really rest comfortably with me. I believe that all photographs should be believable and beyond that they move into illustration, whic is fine. and you say she is 23yo ...wow she looks 16
