About As I was driving thru the Siletz Keys... I stopped to take a couple of shots... I was heading for the water image, but the berries grabbed me first. They look pretty good but Woooohoooo...they are now very sour... and I believe it is the end of the blackberry season... Are blackberries still sweet where you live ?
Thank you for You time.

Dear Robert,

Thank You for the comment... Yes there are so many colors here ... It is a special time to photograph them ...There seems to be new life, what I had thought was ripe life, and then dried up ... berry life all in one spot ! Same with the leaves....

Thank You for your support and encouragement,
Best wishes,
Michele~

Nope, blackberries are sour here, too and there are very few of them left. Now Fall is here, soon Winter:-( but just think of all the fun that awaits in the snow and drinking hot chocolate afterwards:-)
Take care,
Annemette

Dear Annemette,

It sounds like our climates are much the same in many ways... At least the blackberries and the fall season !

I will try to think of snow being fun again... I think everything is more fun when you have children to share it with. My grandaughters are all in Nashville, Tennesee ( about 2,000 miles away ) and they are now ALLLL TEENAGERS....
I may have to adopt a dog for sure, and be a big sister or something to a child that needs someone to play with... I have seriously thought about adopting a child ... I miss them.

I love your attitude about life Annemette....
Always enthusiastic about each day full of new things to explore ! I do have the mental disorder of bipolar and moderation is very hard sometimes, as well as dark winter days. Children and dogs would be the best medicine for me...

Best wishes,
Michele~

Yes, I guess having fun in snow and rain is indeed something that has to be rediscovered and having a small child helps a lot! I relive my childhood through her eyes and enthusiasm.
Yes, children and animals are great having around - lots of love, mess, life:-)
What a shame having all your grandchildren living so far away. What about becoming a "spare"grandparent for a small child in your area that really needs love and care and has no grandparents around? I see that more in more in Denmark because people donīt live in the same areas as their family, and it seems like itīs a great gift for all.
Thanks for your kind, generous comments. Being affected by the wintercold and darkness is only natural when being a sensitive soul. No matter what the sun always return again!
Take care,
Annemette

Michele Carlsen   {K:141717} 10/11/2006
Thank You for your good ideas and thoughtful advise dear Annemette... !
You are right the SUN always does return so I can rest with that thought too !! Ha !

Best Wishes,
Michele~
