What's got into You ? No work seems to be a very GOOD thing IMO ! Or rather a vacation that was well over-due... you seem so much happier ! I am glad ! I did get mail and I love it, will write later , off to work for me now !!! Yikes I'll be late !!

Hey Paul,
Instant energy blast ... It is called manic, or mania . I feel kind of like you about this honestly... When you are so high & so low... which a great example is to sleep and lay around for pretty much yrs. at the worst... Then to jump up and run, for hours ...I have always wondered how long my body would hold out to this sporatic type behavior... Thankfully I have always been VERY physical..... I used to run 20 miles a day ... even ...
I was surprised that not being so physical , walking, exercising, for a few weeks and then climbing a mountain + hiking around for 4-5 hrs. and many miles I am not sore, tired, or out of shape in anyway. One of these days tho . . . . I may be P O W as well... but a lifetime of exercise has thankfully paid off so far..I just gotta keep on going !
