...yes you are right, tricolour the red, white and green colours common in our flags. Italian green+white+red...hungarian red+white+green "vica versa" ;)

Hello Robert,
I like this with the women, and being one I have to ask about the dress and scarves on their heads...is this tradition to all wear the same clothing or just part of a cooking tourney ?
I don't think I have had Hungarian food before , shame on me... but it's not so available here in small town , Or. if at all...
I have also noticed many peppers I thought in the stew, and I think hanging here ?
If this is so then your food is nice and spicey ?

Oh my friend, thanks for your interest and supportive comment. I do appreciate for your interest my country tradition and foods. These peppers are symbols our flag's colours as red, white and green. Yes, the traditional hungarian food always too spicey and igredients lots of fat. As you know the simple people did not eat more meal just a soup or stew but this one is contents lots of fat, meat and vegetables. Therefore they cooked a very simple meal eg. pork/beef stew.
