I really love this highkey effect Rebecca....Very very beautiful. This is a technique Id love to learn to do!

COngrats on a superb shot !

Paul E Brumit

rebecca claassen   {K:16443} 10/20/2006
Oh Paul, I could tell but then i'd have to...oh no, never mind!!! LOL
It is really very, very easy...or it was for me. There is probably a very technical way to do it with lights and studios etc but I cheated, this is all Photoshop, and only took around twenty minutes to do. It was a desperation post, I had nothing else to put on so went into the vault and pulled out an old shot and played. So happy you like this, if you would like any more info on the process, let me know,
cheers, R

Don't Kill me Rebecca! lmao!
This is like a very favorite
process for me. I have learn alittle
about how to do it like you were saying
with light in the studio ect..... But I'm
wanting to know how to do it in PS....:)
But don't give away your secrets and I do
want to live long enough to shoot a few more
pictures......Hey Rebecca, I know the feeling
of them disperation shots I just wish I too had
a vault to pull out from! lol
I just love that lack of detail look except where you want it! Again Its just fantastic work
Rebecca....Keep em coming!!

Your friend,

Paul E Brumit

Cheers Sascha

Second time trying to leave a comment...arrrgh!
A trip to the vault and a little ps turned out very well Bek! Love all three, love the effect...gorgeous and well composed!

I know what you mean...I have nothing new either, posting a summer shot in a minute. Think I'll have to remedy that situation TODAY!

Take care...Robin

rebecca claassen   {K:16443} 10/20/2006
Hey there Robin, thankyou for your comment and thumbs up, I am editing these as we speak, so once I have posted the next one that's me done for the night and we will have to wait to see what happens in this impromptue little story...(I already know of course, mind reading skills...LOL). Gotta go, the story awaits!!!
hugs, Bek xxx

All four are beautiful, Bek, but I think this is my favorite because of the direct look of the lovely eyes. Is this you, dear Bek?

WOW, another stunning creation of yours I have found. I too would love to know how you have done this. Maybe one day you will share! Mel.

rebecca claassen   {K:16443} 12/3/2006
Hi there Mel, if you read in the above comments (or perhaps on one of the pthers in this series...not sure) I have explained the process of how I achieved this look.
It is really quite easy and I would love to see something you do using this technique as it is a fave of mine.
Thanks so much for looking in at my pf, much appreciated...and yes, the face in the 'ego' picture is mine, but with a lot of manipulation!!!
cheers, Bek
