About Another place to spand your entire day, is with the Elephants at the San Diego Wild Life Park.

This is the mother a one month old baby. The texture of her skin was so different from the others, and had the most amazing patterns of wrinkles.

I'll do my best to get a few images of the baby Elephant on UF. As you can imagine, the mother, and rest of the family there, are very protective, and there were not too many time when the little guy was outin the open.

Nice textural detail, Joel!:)

Great tones and variation. I enjoy it and I'm not certain it fits comfortably into this particular crop. Perhaps that's just me responding to the deliberate ambiguity of it. (I don't mind if I'm staring at its arse but I don't know.)

Thank you Shirley!

Hi Ian,

yeah, I framed the image like this.. it's almost as shot. It's pretty forced. I do have many arse shots for ya if interested! ;)

cheers, and thanks for the honest comments!

I missed this one before. I do love the texture in this shot. I kept looking for the rhino to give me this kind of shot. Our elephants are not as wringled. But I will look again.
