Beautiful work Jason! Since this is a CC image I'll point out that the BG in the upper left probably could have been better if it was all the same as the right-side . . . and that would also have given you more definition . . . but Wow . . . this is still awesome work!

Oh this is a beautiful photo...so hard to get cats to behave...looking in the right place, ears pointing in the same direction...a beautiful B&W however I don't think you would have gone wrong in colour either - they have such gorgeous colourings!

I think I would have done a closer crop on the head, having said that your use of DOF is excellent and the sharpness of the eye area is perfect. :) What a gorgeous cat!

thanks for the comments Doyle, the reason the BG is different is that she is standing next a window, the white being the molding and the black being the room behind it. with her you take wha tyou can get before she shoots off somewhere else LOL. thanks again Jason
