Thank you for your comment, but we should mention that the art should not scare but cause a grand horror (certainly not in the Hollywood sence). The work is close to suffism.

I sense a Freudian angle here - the ego fighting against the id, in the form of the wolf whispering in the ear. The man feeling psychic pain, not knowing whether he is strong enough to ignore the animal instinct. Horror is nearly here..
