What did you use for the glowing neon in this? Was it totally from scratch or an actual photo that you manipulated?

Thank you so very much, Dave!:) The colorful background was created from a closeup of a friend's extremely bright Christmas sweater...that sweater was something to see!!! Anyway, I have some more versions of these colors I'm hoping to make creations from.
