About The first real snows of winter struck this weekend making travel along highways treacherous with near white out conditions. I thought I would share a series I captured for those that never see such scenes.

Wow snow already eh? Great effect here...very 3D. 13C here on the opposite side of the country! But not for long.

Yes winter always seems to kick off with a vengeance, one day the leaves are still falling and the next it is a blizzard. Amazing portrait work btw Louise, just stunning. I took this one the day before in Terrace BC, little did I know then it would be my last fall shot!

A long ways from colourful macros Giuseppe! Alas we work with what we have. I will now have to work hard to see if I can capture now some of the beauty that exists in our winter for you. Your work as always continues to be stunning and a pleasure to view. Thank you for sharing.

Another powerful motion shot Chris, you must have auto pilot in your Van.! I love the loneliness of the vehicle ahead of you also.
your added photo of your last photo of Fall is really beautiful. I always did think that part of the province was the most beautiful and now you are really proving it. Well done. I love looking at your work, it's really inspiring. But do drive safely okay. Anita

My goodness! There is so much movement in this image it makes me dizzy. I like the simplicity and the symmetry. And of course the novelty, I have not experienced this much snow. CC
