About This fellow was circling above our campsite on Saturday. Around and around he went and then disappeared. I took a few shots of him, but he was so far up, they are not of great quality. I did like this one tho' just him, his chute...and all that blue.

I can see what appealed to you, the deep blue and a guy hanging off a giant banana! It suppose it would be better if you had used the shorter length of the lens, but as I've learned time and time again, you often have to make your equipment match the scene, not the other way around.
Regards, Gary

I like this minimalistic shot with that wonderful blue and just the little bit of yellow, dear Bek!:)

Hi there Gary, thanks for taking the time to look at my big banana...er...man in his parawhatsits thingy.
I am financially restricted to my little fixed lense Kodak at the moment (financial donations accepted to upgrade!!) so I sometimes struggle to capture things as I see them in my head.
Ah well, whaddya gonna do!
cheers, Bek

Thanks Shirley, it's noisy, doesn't have great detail etc. but I too loved the colours.
cheers, Bek

Nice use of negative space here, Bek. You issolated the parachutist so well, and the contrast between the chute and blue blue sky is lovely.
