My city planted a tree on the Pentagon lawn on Nov 9th. When the wind threatened to blow over the flags, we asked the four US Navy Sailors that were with us from the USS Hampton (LA class fast attack nuclear sub) if they would steady the flags. They obliged cheerfully.
