About I know that this is not the most original photograph, but I like it anyways. I love berries and there is a berry tree in our front yard which feeds my addiction.

Nice shot dear Ashley, and you are lucky because of that Berry tree in your front yard,
it resembles my childhood, when I was playing in a garden, wild and free,
nice shot, even if you think it's not Original,
Mohammad

What kind of berry is it? It looks like a maraschino cherry. I never think of them growing on trees though. I think of them growing in Manhattans. Of course this one looks large enough to delight a wedding party.

If you subject berry were a little off-center to the left it would reveal the two behind it better (though keeping them out of focus is good). This suggested framing would give a greater sense of community to the composition. Maybe. Only one way to find out.

It looks great to me Ashley and that is a very healthy water bubble perched on the tip of the berry. Beautiful reflections lighting the droplet, gorgeous rich red tone to the berry and a superb dof to complete a lovely composition. Well done to you, best wishes....Ray:)

I love raindrops, so you've combined the best of both for us. This is beautiful, Ashley, well done.

Natural beauties are addictable and inseparable from our life.
However, this machinery life has had a very bad impact on the way youth of new generation relazing this fact that being in touch with nature is a lot invaluable and adorable, whereas machines are just like black spot on this universe beauties.
If there were a balance between that I would not complain. But unfortunately,it's too hard.
A lot to say about it.

Thanks for sharing this unforgettable shot.

Ardalan.

This is a beautiful . . . emotive image which does what pictures do best . . . communicate what would normally take a thousand words to a viewer . . . in the fleeting glimpse of the eye. Nicely done.

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Maybe not original Ashley, but still a top shot. Simplicity is often the best and the colours and glistening of the water and the water drop make it stand out.
