| About |
This is the most cooperative Red-tailed Hawk that I have ever seen in my live. He was hunting right on fron of our noses. In less than 2 hours he got 3 preys. The first one we could not identify but the second one was a lizard and the third one was the snake previously posted. This shot was taken at the cliffs from Venice Beach in Half Moon Bay, CA.

Wow look at that eye, outstanding detail Yamil, even down to the point at the tip of the claws. Wonderful capture, Bill

So THIS is your secret weapon, Yamil-- you have a hawk on retainer to pose for your wonderful shots! He is a very handsome bird. Beautiful crisp shot, and he is set off nicely by the blue sky behind his head, great angle.

Hi Christine, This hawk is in the cliff overlooking at the Wood Duck pond. So literally you can shot both at the same time. These two birds are the most cooperative individuals in their gender. Besides, there is a Red-shouldered Hawk in the same neighborhood. And if you have the extra time, you can swing by Fitzgerald Marine Preserve and get the Harbor Seals and the Oyster Catchers. Thanks for your positive feedback. Yamil
