WOW!!! What a beautiful floral, dear Ray!!! THE COLOURS are superb!!!!In Japanese the purple is called "murasaki" and it is one, if not THE, favourite colour of this nation.What a pity that Yoshiyuki cannot see it, at least not now, maybe in ten days'time IF things go well.For the 5th day after operation he is pretty well, but the pains are still there specially when he moves. But he is on the walk along the corridors several times a day! Unbelievable! THANK YOU, dearest Friend, for being such a special person with a big heart! Yoshiyuki will be very touched to hear about it! And thanks to all your visitors who expressed their best wishes for Yoshiyuki's recovery!

Thanks very much my friend.....Yoshiyuki is recovering from a very big major operation that was carried out a few days ago. Gabriela has responded and YT is up excercising which is the normal post op procedure these days but he is experiencing a lot of pain. Hopefully this will soon diminish as he gradually heals and gets stronger. A very worrying time for dear Gabriela. All the best Larry

A beautifully detailed Macro of this delicate bloom Ray! Nice shadow in towards the centre of the bloom and pleasing detail in the large, pale petals in the upper half of the image. I've seen lesser images with awards attached to them.
Also a touching, heartfelt dedication in the about.
