Mike. One little trick for u...

To get rid of the creases in the background without silhouetting her, use the Dodge tool in PS set to Highlights at a power of 8% and a hardness of 0%. You will see the creases disappear magically and the back will become 100% white. You can even get close to her body and if u are careful, it won't be affected. Be extra careful with the hair part.
