Uhhhhh . . . is it me or are you seeming to spend more time worrying about frames recently? ;)
No prob, my friend. Actually . . . any comments at all, even about the presentation are both valuable and welcome. This frame was inspired by Joggie and his great portfolio. The previous was liked by AJ but not by you . . . you know . . . pleasing some of the people . . . some of the time . . . blah, blah, blah. As long as people look at and comment . . . or, more importantly, as long as I enjoy photography . . . you will ALL continue to be subjected to my work! BWA HAHAHAHAA! :)

Mr. Chastain? Eeeeek. That's my Dad!! LoL! Don't pay too much attention to awards and ratings . . . ratings are anonymous and represent a way people can say "Eeeeeeew!" without harming a friendship . . . and awards only tell you ONE person thought this shot was good . . . Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier Bresson were NOT judges . . . they were photographers!!! And they even had the same problem you and I have . . . pleasing themselves!! Now THAT'S a challenge! ;)

Wow! Great job capturing this little creature. I have yet to be so lucky! My poor Hummingbird feeder bit the dust this week! The cold weather froze it and the bottom half cracked right off!

Nice shot Doyle. At first I wondered why you didn't crop out the right side and zoom in a bit closer but looking at it again I think this composition is much better.
With the number of unopened flowers, looks like they'll be around for a while.

Beautifully captured with the beak inserted well up into the flower Doyle. Love the richness to the floral tones and the all round detailing is great. Perfect dof and superb bokeh. Marlyce has a weekend of photos from the beautiful Lake Tahoe . . . from a much needed girl's weekend getaway! She's VERY busy though . . . but will have time when she can find it. Packages to Afghanistan and New York for wayward children (and grandchildren) who had the nerve to "get on with their lives" . . . my parents in Arizona . . . visiting children . . . a brother needing to hear from us in Nebraska . . . and Grandkids needing to hear from us in Northern California . . . not to mention our own business and her 60 hour workweeks . . . ( * deep breath * ) - She'll get there! Her job doesn't permit her the same freedoms mine does . . . but she'll get there! She spent the week prepping my birthday gift list (yesterday) and really did well with an all Photography theme!!!!! :) (It's quite true . . . I'm seriously spoiled!)
