The stark, monochromatic lighting, featureless landscape and twisted sky really work well together. I get a very eerie, quite troubled feeling out of this shot. To me it doesn't really work as a "peace and tranquility" piece.

This is a stunning image, very intense. I agree with one of the other comments that I don't see much peach or tranquility - way too much going on here for that. Sky is brilliant :)
