Giuseppe... Roses do have that *special* something... from bud to all stages of bloom and the the colourful hips...
Such a pretty, delicate *skirt*... Love the way the light plays through and behind the petals here... :) and just off centre to the gradient creates a nice depth...

I do not know why but my first thought was that it was an oleander. Probably because of the shape of petals and the color.
By the way, my oleander that I had on a balcony in my studio, after I moved to a new apartment and left it for winter in a hall (a bit darker place) started blooming again.
It was in October.
The most surprising to me was that flowers were WHITE although for about 15 years had been PINK (??!!)
