Nice work here again dear Kiarang,
I like it more than prior in the series, it has a totally different concept, it has a different meaning for me,
this time, the power of will, it's the most obvious concept: Power of free will!
you can decide between two path if you don't know the destinations, but, when you see the others passing by you, on wheels, and you just walk in your path, going on your own path, you are showing the power of your will,
if I was you, I would entitle the shot: Iron will.

i love the subtle yet meaningful meanings of this photo. i can see how anyone who views it can create their own story based on the photo just by looking at it. as for the elements of the photo itself, great job on the composition, it really creates depth in the photo. the colors are great aswell; the blue from the truck and on the man's umbrella really stand out from the dark grey road.

Happy 2007 to you, Kiarang! I looked at both images and initially I was attracted to the one without the truck, but on second look I prefer this one, I think the truck adds a sense of direction and reality, whereas the other one is surreal. Both are great, the fork in the road leading over the hill has a philosophical meaning of choices in life, moments of decision into the unknown. The blue umbrella is nicely echoing the color of the jeans and the truck. Great composition :) Ina

Wow, this is so great with the double color spots and the relative reduced color setup on the other parts. only the sky looks a bit blown out.

Dear Kiarang I'll see all your portfolio, step by step...but at the beginning by the first bird fly...this one shows a great criteria of the composition, with force lines and the colour weigth well distributed, I'm talking about the umbrella and the track...OK.- Many others are also very well done but for me two words about a image is not enough for the author...OK Well my friend be shure we keep in touch. An interesting composition Kiarang. The steep hill of dirt and (?) granite ?? The man walks , the car passes him... 2 roads to take..It is interesting to me for a story and an image. I also like the colors of blue as they appear and the textures of the road... I like this image very much !!

I like to imagine that the traveller has just been dropped off by the truck at the fork in the road. Now they part their ways.
