About I was very fortunate with this play. A small theatre company in a small theatre... lol... I was right in the front row extremely close to the actors and the lighting was great at this point. I could hand hold this easily at 1/125 and with reasonable DOF!
I snapped a few more as well. I really enjoy grabbing live theatre and musicians etc. I will be adding more to that portfolio. :)

Really cool catch with a nice balance of the players, dear Aniko!:)

Thank you Dear Shirley.

I really like these images but apparently you and I are the only ones who do! LOL!

Theatre is a bit tricky to catch well, so I am proud of these shots and thank you my friend for commenting on them.

Much Love
Aniko :)

Sometimes, we don't get the reactions we expect at all.;) You're welcome, dear Aniko!:)

I like them too but I could also be accused of being biased

Hugs Colin;)

You're a sweety Dear Shirley, and I don't really "expect" a particular reaction or response from anyone... but you know what? I can be almost guaranteed that my more romantic images, photos of pretty models. PS worked images and my abstacts are what are EXPECTED of me ... ????
Oh, I am not moaning. I will always post whatever I feel like posting... lol... :) No expectations on any comments from anyone. "You can't please all of the people all of the time..." etc...
I'm being silly and overly sensitive which is very unprofessional of me so I will zip my lip! LOL!

Warmest Hugs,
Aniko :)

aniko hi,

this is the one that catch my eye, but
i want to mention that street scenes are not like scene on theatre.

candid you said,
but here you could train yourself ( on theatre)
but on the streets it's completly open
no scenes no audience,
you need to come to yourself
to feel
to compose
theatre; it's already figured out
you can picture what they try to bring
street is pure, is real
hard.

lots regards

:)

Hi Stephanie!

Thank you for replying and for your excellent comments and explanation!
I understand exactly what you are saying.
I also work street photography... (I work anything that I have a feel for, not just from a technically trained point... Inever was trained in any of the arts I make... but that which comes from my soul... )!
And I agree, street is more difficult to capture now that you mention about the "pure reality". Yes.
And you give me inspiration to post more street shots as I have so many and will indeed have many more :)

Thank you again. :) :) :)

Best Wishes to you!
Aniko :)
