Howdy Paul.
Awesome job w/ the lights. Her eyes and skin tone are awesome! Shadow, and light balance is spot on. well done!
If it's okay, can I pick on two things? She has what appears to be acne (not her beauty marks) on the image right side of her face. I would dust that if possible. The other thing is the first thing that grabbed me when the image opened up, and that's the background. Would be good (if this is a headshot for entertainment) to have the wall contrast her skin tone and wardrobe if she is standing that close to it. So, something with almost no detail, and deep in color, or something wacked way out of focus.
