This is a wonderful photo, Amit. The composition is terrific and I like the sepia palette. The only small problem I have is with the mass of land on the far left, it is so big and dark that it unbalances the photo. I think making it less dark would help the photo a lot.
I've attached an example.

One other very small problem that I just noticed, Amit, is that there is a small dark blotch in the sky in the upper right.

Thanks for your critique Steve. The blotch on the right is because of the global lighting effect in PS. I kinda left it there to give more of a vignetting feel.
