....it is common for farmers round these parts to have country on the tops and then winter grazing in the gorges toward the coast.....in october, just before the cows calve, sometimes they do it on the road, they bring 'em home on foot, stop off half way and camp at the yards, sleep overnight in the hut and maybe have a couple of rums and ponder the nature of things.....particularly the tarantula that just dropped from the ceiling on to my pillow.....but then, there's been nobody here for months!
