Having tried this myself recently, I can appreciate how difficult these are to get. I think it would be better picture if the bowl could not be seen.

Hey, cool... I can't even say what I like about this exactly, but none the less, I do. What is that, an apple? Seems too big to be an apple, though. Originality and creativity are what keep things fun, keep shooting.

A good effect and a very nice picture.

Leslie Cohelan   {K:20887} 4/27/2003
well you certainly got a good sharp clear picture...the water drops are vey clear...I agree though the=at if you could do this not showing the glass or bowl and from a slightly lower angle it would have more impact...excellent

Ezt már láttam valahol :)
Tényleg jobb lenne ha nem látsza a pohár széle. Próbáld ki mondjuk a fürdőkádban :))

Wow Linda this is an awsome shot... something that I'm sure took a few shots to get just right! What do you think of a crop off the right just enough to take off the space between the frame and the glass. I find my eyes wandering over there and away from the center of interest the "splash".

You did a good job here perfect exposure and the lighting is great!...*smile* Maggie

Very nice Portfolio Linda.

Well shot. A better title might be "The Embrace" because it really gives the appearance that the water is embracing the cherry.

You may want to consider using a larger vessel for your next series. Perhaps a large cut-glass bowl. I like the lines of light that come through the edges of the glass, but I find the rim of the glass distracting.

Keep up the good work.

I have been shooting now for about 30 years. I am still amazed by how much I have to learn. Please let me know if you revisit this subject.
