About I tried to capture a year ago. I waited a year.. I could get closer more than 70 meters... Finaly this year I waited for 7 days.. Not I did... I did by 17-85 mm.. Not a 400mm zooms :)))

Great, fun capture, Cagatay. What an effort to get the shot you wanted! Congratulations on your perseverance. I like pretty much everything about this photo except the amount of space on the left. My preference would be (especially if there's more original to the right of the photo) to crop it so that there is more space on the right than on the left. The reason I say this is that the there is a slight thrust of the bird to the right from bottom to top. If there were an object on the left that the bird was moving slightly away from, that would be a different matter.
