About The perfect ending to a super nice day. Our day went from snow up in the Flagstaff, Arizona area to this beautiful sunset when we arrived back in the Phoenix, Arizona area. What a treat! The sun started setting on our way in, but we found a pull over area along the New River Road in just enough time to capture a spectacular sunset.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on my image. I took a look at your portfolio, and from the few pages I looked at - wow, you appear to travel quite a lot. Will have to visit your web site when I have a few more minutes. Jan

Hi Jan. Oh my, this is sooo pretty. The silouettes against that glorious sky makes a marvelous composition.

I know I love the southwest. Excellent photograph and capture.

Not just beautiful colors but very well composed. Sunsets are often so beautiful in that part of the country where the air is so clear. It was definitely worth the stop. Del.

This is excellent. I think that having the cactus and the other vegetation in black really accent the colors via contrast while letting you know exactly where it is. Very good thinking.

I am comparing sunsets, Jan! I do like the fact that you were able to get a foreground silhouette! Very beautiful!

We do have some beautiful sunsets and you captured this one Jan. We dont have the saguaros here because we are at 5,000 feet, but it adds so much to your photo. It is a 7++ Bruce
