A nice idea of a somewhat contemplative capture, Peter! Some minor problems of overexposure at the flower and of "skew" composition that includes smaller parts that don't belong there at the right and at the bottom of the image. I guess a step to the right and a turn of the camera to the left and upwards would make it even better. But the atmosphere is very distinct. An image that doesn't fear to be kitschy as Depardieu once said about french chanson.

Best wishes,

Nick
