About Went down to the timber yards today with hopes of sweet-talking my way in to take some pics. Unfortunately they were shut, so I had to be content with shooting between the chain-mesh fence at a distance of about four meters away from my subject. Zoom, zoom, zoom....hope you like it.

I drive past the yards a lot, and the stacks are so tempting to my penchant for abstracts, just wish I could get closer, damn fences....

Thankyou Branimir,

Wonderful shot, the random position of the wood is well caught into a balanced composition !

rebecca claassen   {K:16443} 1/2/2007
Hey there Liz, thanks a bunch for your look... I can't wait to get in there, the stacks are draped in wind-worn hessian, all tatty and interesting...and obviously I want to get up close to the stacks as the detail is lacking from the zoom...ah well, one day I will get in there!
cheers, Bek
