Indeed, whipped cream is what these clouds "should" be called .. lol.. :)
In fact, during our drought, the dry landscape colour is rather accurate! I was sad that I lost more detail in the whipped cream owing to scanner fighting with me!

Perhaps the scanner is basically OK, but it tends to default to whatever setting I have NOT asked for... lol... Maybe I am not "driving" the thing properly! Almost all scanned images here on UF are done on the same scanner and some/most come up just fine! I think my scanner seems to dislike slides... and some of my favourite images are on slides... I'll keep persisting... as time permits!

I like this 'old style' slide image.
The pola filter work fine on 70-200 lenses, in particular with white clouds.

There was so much more detail in the clouds but my slide scanner is playing up (has been for months....)

A lovely image Ani, as are the rest of your works. I am a bit biased towards landscapes, so this one attracted me enough to post a comment, which I do only rarely.
I particularly like clouds as a feature, as each of us sees something different and unique in them.
