I love the composition and the drama in the sky.
The curve of the boardwalk and the shadows from the backlighting. I do think that the main subject pushing the stroller lacks contrast. She doesn't quite fit in visually with the rest of the image. Her face and torso and the babies legs look like they were over dodged in a B&W print.
Good work though, some minor tweaking is all that's needed.
