And so she is. Nice matter-of-fact photo gives a surprsiing amount of things to look at and think about, such as the many different periods of buildings behind the very modern woman.

Hi Robert. This was one of the first pictures where I used / made a B&W background in a color-photo. In Photoshop. This way the background is really a background and seperates the young women and her dogs and the foreground really from the city in the background. I like the effect.

Another excellent portrait. The lady looks very classy and elegant, especially accompanied by her two companions.

Thank you, Jan. The lady is a young lady but with class and elegance, you don't see too often in younger people today.

I like what you did to this shot, the B&W background in contrast with the coloured foreground! It looks very stylish, elegant!

Dear Gabriela - this photo just happend. I never leave home without a camera and suddenly she and her dogs were there. I had to take to shot. The dogs were curious about me, and that helped to make a better photo.
The post-processing in B&W and color I did because the background contained too much color. It conflicted with the foreground - got too much attention. But I didn't want to leave the background out.
The result is stylish, yes. But that is because she is stylish (for such a young girl) and because she is wearing that raincoat. That girl with her dogs made the picture stylish, I think.
